Status:
- Full time, 40 hours a week This is a state-of-the-art laboratory, operating twenty-four hours per day, where you will be able to utilize your training, experience and skills to learn and grow.
CAP, JCAHO
; certified by CLIA and registered with the FDA.- Education
- + Associates Degree in Science or Applied Science (or equivalent) and completion of an accredited training program in Histotechnology. + May consider two years histology work experience with an Associate degree in Science
- OR•a High School Diploma and successful completion of a NAACLS accredited Histotechnology program.
- Qualified candidates must meet one or both of the first 2 requirements.
- + •Current HT or
HTL ASCP
certification preferred.- Experience
- + 1-3 years histology experience preferred.
POSITION PURPOSE
- Primary responsibilities include performing all necessary histology procedures pertaining to accessioning and the technical preparation of all pathology specimens.
