Duties Data entry Grossing Embedding Microtomy Staining-manual special stains Maintenance of policies and procedures Manage CLIA inspections Equipment Maintenance and PM's Provided billing log to billing department daily Ensure TAT of cases is maintained Ability to be flexible and take on additional duties as needed Requirements Meet CLIA grossing

Requirements:

CFR 493.1489, http://www.cdc.gov/clia/regs/toc.aspx/ , prior experience grossing GI specimens is preferred.

HT/HTL ASCP

certified or equivalent Highly motivated Ability to work in solo environment Good communication and troubleshooting skills Monday through Friday position Enrollment in company 401k available after one year of employment Contribution of up to $250 per month towards health insurance if insurance benefits are taken Group dental available PTO and sick leave available.
