Schedule/Hours:

Monday through Friday, 4:00 AM - 12:30 PM 10-week contract

Key Responsibilities:

Perform microtomy, embedding, and special stains according to lab protocols Assist with Immunohistochemistry (IHC); experience a plus Maintain quality control for all specimens Ensure safety and adherence to laboratory guidelines Collaborate with the laboratory team for efficient workflow Document and track procedures, reporting results accurately

Qualifications:

Current ASCP (HT) certification required At least one year of recent experience in Histology (Histology Tech) Proficient in microtomy, special stains, and embedding Immunohistochemistry experience preferred Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Must reside over 50 miles from Summerville, SC (no local candidates)
