- Job Summary and Qualifications
- As a Histotechnologist, you will perform all functions related to preparation of specimens for pathologist examination, including gross examination, preparation and cutting of blocks, and preparation and staining of slides.
You will ensure the specimens taken are acceptable and sustainable in the required observation and diagnosis by the Pathologist. You will also be responsible for safety, maintenance, and quality control activities.
