Histology Technologist II - Full-Time, Days Texas Health Resources - 3.9 Dallas, TX Job Details Full-time 20 hours ago Benefits Paid parental leave Loan repayment program Health insurance Dental insurance Tuition reimbursement Paid time off Parental leave Qualifications High school diploma or GED Full Job Description Histology Technologist II Bring your passion to Texas Health so we are Better + Together Work location: Texas Health Dallas, 8200 Walnut Hill Lane, Dallas, Texas 75231 Work hours: Full-time, Monday - Friday, 6:00a - 2:30p Anatomic Pathology Department highlights: Frozen Section Assistance Special Stains Immunohistochemistry Here's What You Need High School Diploma or equivalent required Associate Degree preferred Bachelor's Degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Lab Science or Chemical, Physical or Biological Science preferred One-year experience in histopathology preferred HT (ASCP) Histotechnician required within 6 months from hire HTL (ASCP) Histotechnologist required within 6 months from hire What You Will Do Follows laboratory procedure for specimen collection, handling, and processing. Accessions surgical and cytology specimens.
