Position Overview We are seeking compassionate and dependable Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) / Caregivers to join our team in Juneau, Alaska. This role involves providing direct care services and supporting the day-to-day needs of individuals in their homes and community. We are seeking a male to fill this position. Responsibilities As a DSP, you will: Provide assistance with daily living needs such as personal hygiene, self-care, meal preparation, and medication administration. Support individuals with household needs including cleaning, shopping, transportation, and running errands. Promote community inclusion by accompanying and supporting individuals in community activities and appointments. Encourage independence while offering companionship and emotional support. Provide job coaching or on-the-job assistance as needed, including accessibility and accommodation support. Help maintain a safe, supportive, and positive home environment.

Desirable Skills:

Experience or passion for supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Strong communication skills and attention to detail. Ability to work as part of a team while demonstrating initiative and leadership. Must meet State of Alaska background check requirements. Valid Alaska driver's license and reliable vehicle. Ability to provide personal and professional references.

Job Details Status:

Full Time- Part time, x3-2 24-Hour shifts per week.

Schedule:

24-Hour shifts on Monday thru Wednesday.
