Part-Time Direct Support Professional (DSP) Monday-Friday | 25-29 Hours Weekly | All Shifts End by 5 PM Juneau, Alaska One Source Home Care Services is looking for a compassionate, dependable Direct Support Professional to join our team. You will provide support to female community members in their homes and in the community, helping them build skills, stay safe, and live as independently as possible. What You'll Do Provide respectful, person-centered care and companionship Support daily living skills, community activities, and social engagement Follow individualized support plans and complete accurate documentation Encourage independence, dignity, and personal choice Maintain a safe, supportive environment at all times What We're Looking For Kind, patient, reliable, and committed to quality care Ability to work a Monday-Friday schedule , ending by 5 PM Flexibility for occasional shift changes when needed Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and insurance Comfortable transporting individuals in your own vehicle Caregiving experience is helpful — but not required .
