Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated on call Direct Support Professional/Residential Advisor to provide care and support to individuals with disabilities.

- Provide direct care to individuals with disabilities
- Assist with daily living activities such as monitoring showering, dressing, and grooming-Drive individuals to appointments and activities
- Manage challenging behaviors in a positive and supportive manner
- Ensure resident rights are respected and upheld
- Maintain a clean and safe living environmentRequirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- First Aid/CPR certification and TB test-Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulationsBenefits
