We strive to make a difference in the lives of adults with an intellectual disability.Responsibilities:
As a Direct Support Professional, you will work in a private group home with 2-3 individuals, and support them with the following activities:- Light housekeeping, including organizing, laundry, and basic cleaning.
- Personal activities such as dressing, grooming, monitoring vitals, medications, and assisting with meals.
- Accompanying your individuals to activities such as appointments, grocery shopping, and running errands.
- Completing documentation.
- Performs other duties as assigned in a residential setting.
- Staff will work 7 days on 7 days off.
Available Shift:
2nd shift available only at this time.Requirements:
The position requires a person to have a high school diploma or equivalent (GED), must have a valid driver's license, and must be able to pass all required training courses including but not limited to First Aid, CPR, andMAC I&II.
