Job Description

Title:
Direct Support Professionals (DSP),
CNA Full-Time and Part-Time Job Description:
Sunbridge is seeking caring and dependable Direct Support Professionals to provide support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). Our DSPs play a vital role in helping individuals live meaningful, independent, and fulfilling lives within their homes and communities.
Immediate Current Open Cases Include:
Huntsville, Athens, Harvest, and Woodville.
Responsibilities:
Assist individuals with daily living skills, including personal care, hygiene, meal preparation, and light housekeeping Support community involvement, appointments, and recreational activities Follow individualized service plans and behavior support plans Encourage independence and life skill development Document daily activities and progress notes Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all individuals served
Qualifications:
Minimum 10th grade education required Current First Aid and CPR certification required TB skin test required Ability to pass background check Reliable transportation Compassionate, patient, and professional attitude Experience with IDD population preferred but not required
Schedule & Flexibility:
Flexible scheduling to fit your availability Part-time and full-time openings Day, evening, and weekend shifts available Great position for students and caregivers
Pay:
$14.00 - $15.00 per hour
