PM Flexibility:
Opportunities for additional fill-in and weekend shifts based on individual needs and scheduling. Meet the Individual You Will Support The individual is highly motivated, hardworking, and enjoys staying active in the community. They enjoy spending time with friends, attending basketball and baseball games, going out to eat, listening to music, and participating in community activities. The ideal DSP will be dependable, respectful, approachable, and proactive while supporting their independence, self-advocacy, academic goals, and participation in the community.
DSP Support Includes:
Encouraging independence and personal choice Supporting budgeting skills and personal goals Assisting with community outings and social activities Providing companionship and positive interactions Supporting decision-making and increased self-sufficiency What You'll Need to Succeed (Qualifications)
Age:
Must be 18 years or older.
Education:
High school diploma, GED, or 1 year of relevant experience.
Clearances:
Ability to pass all required background checks and screenings.
Mobility:
A valid driver's license and reliable transportation (essential for community outings).
Flexibility:
Willingness to work weekends or fill-in shifts as needed. Working Conditions Work is performed in the individual's home, community settings, and agency sites. Position requires standing, walking, driving, and assisting with personal care. May involve physical tasks, lifting, or utilizing mobility-facilitating equipment. May involve navigating challenging behaviors; ASN provides comprehensive, ongoing training and team support to ensure your success and safety.
Pay Range:
$14.70/hour (Paid Weekly!
