Job description: Nursing Assistant Job Description Job Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nursing Assistant to join our healthcare team. CNA is not required as we offer paid CNA classes after 6 months of employment. The shifts are 7am to 7pm or 7pm to 7am 12-hour rotating, every other weekend is a must. Responsibilities Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding. Monitor and record vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff. Support patients in rehabilitation exercises and mobility assistance. Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients by adhering to infection control protocols. Document patient information accurately. Provide emotional support and companionship to patients, particularly in geriatrics and home care settings. Qualifications Certification as a Nursing Assistant or equivalent experience is preferred. Experience in inpatient settings, geriatrics, home care, or medical offices is highly desirable. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment. Have reliable transportation.
