- You will need to type in the link into your web browser Job Summary Alarys Home Health is urgently seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aides, Caregivers, and Direct Care Workers in the ENITRE Phoenix Valley to join our team to provide essential support to individuals in their homes.

We offer work with 1-on-1's in-home (- NOW
PAYING UP TO
$20/HR- ) and facilities (i.e. assisted living and memory care. The ideal candidate will assist clients with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort and well-being while promoting independence. This role is crucial in delivering high-quality care to seniors and individuals with varying health needs (Article 9 is a PLUS!). Duties
- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
- Provide meal preparation and ensure proper nutrition for clients.
- Help children, teenager, and adults learn to live more independently.
- Help clients with light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe living environment.
- Monitor client health by observing changes in condition and reporting any concerns to the supervising nurse or healthcare provider.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the quality of life for clients.
- Maintain accurate records of care provided and any changes in client status.

- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

- Our pay is based off of the reimbursement rates of each contract
