DSP:

As a Direct Support Professional, you will provide personalized care and support for members of all ages with developmental disabilities: Deliver compassionate support aligned with each member's Individual Support Plan. Foster a safe, nurturing environment that promotes personal growth, dignity, and independence. Assist with daily living activities, personal care, meal support, and goal management. Ability to physically assist members with transfers, repositioning, and mobility needs (e.g., chair-to-bed transitions) Implement teaching strategies to help members build daily living skills and engage in community activities. Collaborate effectively with families, guardians, and healthcare professionals.

What You Need:

Basic Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent (GED). Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and clean driving record. Ability to pass a background check and drug screen. A passion for supporting individuals with special needs, backed by patience, empathy, and strong communication skills. CertificationsCredentials (Current or willing to obtain upon hire) : Active Level 1 Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card . Current CPRFirst Aid certifications. Article 9 training certification.
