What You'll Do:

Support clients with daily living skills: cooking, shopping, money management, hygiene, and social skills. Work on daily goals set by the client's family. Document and record members progress with daily goals Foster independence and positive growth in a home or community setting.

What We Require:

3 Months of Caregiving Experience Minimum Required Must be 18 years or older. Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current registration. Passion for helping individuals with developmental disabilities. Complete required training/certifications within 30 days of hire: Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card Article 9 Certificate CPR/First Aid Direct Care Worker (DCW) Fundamentals Preventative and Support Training Preferred but not required: Prior caregiving or healthcare experience.
