Office Assistant - Home Care Agency Angels On Duty Home Care is looking for a reliable, organized, and friendly Office Assistant to join our team! Position Overview The Office Assistant will help support the day-to-day operations of our home care office. We are looking for someone who is dependable, professional, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Answer phone calls and respond to emails professionally Assist caregivers and clients with general questions Help with scheduling and coordinating caregiver assignments Maintain and organize client and employee records Assist with onboarding new caregivers and collecting required documents Enter and update information in company software Assist with timesheets, schedules, and other administrative tasks Communicate with caregivers, clients, and office staff Help with filing, scanning, copying, and other general office duties Follow up on missing paperwork and documentation Provide general administrative support to the office manager and team Qualifications Previous office, administrative, healthcare, or customer service experience preferred Excellent communication and organizational skills Professional and friendly attitude Strong attention to detail Comfortable using computers, email, Microsoft Office, and other software Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities Reliable transportation Must be dependable and able to maintain confidentiality Home care or caregiving industry experience is a plus Schedule Full-Time or Part Time| Monday-Friday Schedule and hours will be discussed during the interview.
