About us We are a looking for daytime caregivers (Mon-Fri) to work at our small, family-owned day program in Tucson, AZ. day program. Our goal is to provide fun and inclusive support services for differently-abled adults, with an emphasis on experiential learning and community engagement.

THIS IS A DAYTIME POSITION. WE DO NOT HAVE OVERNIGHT SHIFTS.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct care and support to adult individuals with developmental disabilities
• Ensure the safety and well-being of participants at all times
• Assist with meal preparation and hygiene as needed
• Advocate for participants rights and ensure their dignity and privacy are respected

Qualifications:

• Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is strongly preferred
• Previous exp providing direct care
• First aid and CPR certifications are a plus
• Compassionate and patient demeanor
• Eligible for Level 1 fingerprint clearance
• No history of convictions for criminal offenses or fraud This position requires a high level of empathy, patience, and the ability to work well in a team.
