Full-Time Position Description Do you have a passion for helping others and want to make a direct impact in the lives of adults with mental illness? We're looking for a Client Care Assistant (CCA) to support day-to-day care, treatment, and rehabilitation for individuals with severe and persistent mental illness. Working under the supervision of licensed nurses and nursing leadership, you'll help create a safe, supportive environment while providing dignity, structure, and stability through hands-on care and activities. What You'll Do Conduct ongoing assessments of individual needs, ensuring stabilization and crisis intervention when necessary. Support individuals with structured daily activities that promote well-being, independence, and recovery. Maintain accurate documentation of care provided and promptly report changes in status to the licensed nurse. Assist with unlicensed nursing tasks as assigned under supervision. Communicate regularly with supervisors and the treatment team regarding care and progress. Promote a clean, safe, and healthy environment for all individuals served. Demonstrate flexibility in schedule, physical ability to perform care duties, and adaptability to varying environments. What We're Looking For Education & Training High School Diploma or equivalent (required) Graduate of a nursing assistant or medical assistant school, or certification as a CNA/CMA (preferred) Experience One (1) year of relevant healthcare or mental health experience (preferred) Licenses/Certifications CNA, CMA, or other healthcare certification (preferred) Why Join Us As a Client Care Assistant , you'll be at the heart of our mission to deliver compassionate, person-centered care.
