$17.50 - $20.00/hr (commensurate with experience and certifications)

Position Overview We are seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP I & II) to support adults with developmental disabilities in an Enhanced Behavioral Support Home (EBSH). In this role, you will assist with daily living activities, foster independence, and promote positive behavior through meaningful, individualized engagement. Key Responsibilities Support daily routines in accordance with Individual Program Plans (IPPs) Assist with personal care, hygiene, dressing, and meal preparation Encourage positive behavior through structured activities, including walking, reading, games, and learning projects Provide transportation using company vehicles as needed Maintain a safe, respectful, and supportive living environment Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required Required certifications: CPR/First Aid, CPI, DSP
I & II RBT
certification required within 6 months of hire (training and fast-track support provided) Minimum of one year of experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities or mental health needs preferred Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
