Non-Exempt Salary Range:

Position Summary The DSP II provides person-centered supports that help individuals achieve their goals, build independence, and actively participate in their communities. Key Responsibilities Implement Individual Support Plans, facilitate learning experiences, transport participants as needed, maintain documentation standards, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and provide compassionate direct support services. Required Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent, one year of relevant experience, valid California Driver License, and the ability to meet Community Care Licensing requirements. Preferred Qualifications Some college coursework, experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities, and knowledge of assistive devices are preferred. Why Join Kings View?
