Job Description

We are a company that provides care for individuals with developmental/ intellectual disabilities and behavior challenges. Our residents may have history of running away, punching, kicking, spitting, being argumentative and having inappropriate sexual behaviors. We provide meal prepping, cleaning, laundry services such as washing, drying, folding and hanging clothes, transposition to and from medical appointments and outings, and we accompany our residents throughout the day. We respect their rights, treat them with dignity and respect, assist them with activities of daily living such as showering, wiping, dressing and feeding.
The requisites are:
1) legal permission to work in the US; 2) California drivers license with a clean driving record; 3) High school diploma or GED; 4) Successfully completing a background check. We have the following schedules available:
  • Wed/Thurs/Fri from 6 am to 2 pm and Sat/Sun from 2 pm to 10 pm (40 hours)
  • Sat/Sun/Mon/Tue from 6 am to 2 pm (32 hours)
  • Mon/Tue/Wed/Thurs/Fri from 2 pm to 10 pm (40 hours)
  • Wed/Thurs/Fri/Sat/Sun from 10 pm to 6 am (40 hours)
  • Mon/Tue from 10 pm to 6 am (16 hours) All of these schedules are subject to change, based on room vacancy.
Our rate of pay is $18.00 USD per hour.
