This is a hands-on role supporting clients with daily living, structure, community outings, behavior support, medication assistance, meal prep, documentation, and maintaining a safe home environment.

Requirements:

Reliable transportation Able to pass Live Scan/background check TB test and health screening CPR/First Aid Able to remain calm and professional during behaviors/crisis situations Good communication and documentation skills Experience with any of the following is a plus: Regional Center clients Autism/developmental disabilities Behaviors Pro-ACT/CPI Group homes/ARF experience Shifts may include: AM PM Awake NOC Weekends Full-time or part-time What we're looking for: Dependable Mature Team player Consistent Professional but compassionate Small home environment with private rooms and a hands-on administrator.
