$20.00-$22.00 per hour, depending on experience About Limitless Horizons Limitless Horizons is a Carlsbad-based agency supporting adults with developmental disabilities across San Diego County. Our DSPs work one-on-one with the people we serve, helping them build skills and live the life they choose. Schedule Monday, 10:20am-1:20pm (Carlsbad) Tuesday, 9:00am-3:00pm (Carlsbad) Wednesday, 10:20am-1:20pm (Carlsbad), then 2:30pm-6:00pm (Oceanside) Thursday, 9:00am-3:00pm (Carlsbad) Friday, about 4.5 hours (Oceanside), time to be confirmed Can't cover every shift? Apply anyway and tell us which days you can work. What you'll do You'll work one-on-one with three adults with developmental disabilities in Carlsbad and Oceanside. You'll teach independent living skills like cooking, budgeting, household routines, and getting around the community. With one client, you'll also go to class with him as his aide, do fun activities in the community together, cook meals, and work on chores side by side. Requirements Valid California driver's license, current auto insurance, and a reliable vehicle Ability to pass a background check and drug screen (we pay for both) TB clearance dated within the last 12 months Current CPR/First Aid certification, or willingness to complete it before your first shift Reliable, patient, and comfortable working independently Experience supporting people with developmental disabilities is a plus but not required What we offer $20.00-$22.00 per hour, depending on experience Mileage reimbursement Paid training Paid time off A consistent schedule with the same clients each week Additional hours available as our caseload grows Room to advance Application questions Which of the listed shifts can you work?
