If you enjoy working with seniors and want a job where the work you do matters every day, we'd love to meet you. We welcome candidates with experience as a Caregiver, Resident Assistant, Personal Care Assistant (PCA), Home Care Aide (HCA), Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Memory Care Caregiver, Senior Caregiver, or Direct Care Professional. Previous senior care experience is preferred, but we also welcome caring, dependable candidates who have a genuine desire to work with older adults. What You'll Do Provide compassionate care and assistance to residents Assist residents with activities of daily living as appropriate to the position Support residents with personal care and daily routines Provide companionship and meaningful one-on-one interaction Treat every resident with dignity, patience, kindness, and respect Observe and communicate changes or concerns to the appropriate team member Support residents living with memory loss and dementia Work collaboratively with our Assisted Living and Memory Care teams Maintain resident privacy and confidentiality Help create a positive and welcoming environment for residents What We're Looking For A genuine passion for working with seniors Compassionate, patient, and dependable Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional and respectful approach to resident care Ability to work independently and as part of a team Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic Previous caregiving or senior care experience preferred Experience in Assisted Living, Memory Care, Senior Living, Home Care, Skilled Nursing, Rehabilitation, Personal Care, Dementia Care, or elder care is a plus.
