Overview:

We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Direct Support Professionals. As a Direct Support Professional, you will play a vital role in providing care and support to an individual in need. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the life of another.

Duties:

• Assist individuals with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication administration
• Provide emotional support and companionship to the individual
• Ensure the safety and well-being of the individual at all times
• Maintain accurate records of care provided and any observed changes in an individual's condition
• Promote and respect the rights of the individual with established guidelines

Experience:

• Knowledge of resident rights and direct support practices
• Familiarity with activities of daily living (ADLs) and patient care procedures
• Basic understanding of meal preparation
