Rx Healthcare is looking for a passionate and flexible home health aide to cover the greater El Dorado Hills Region. The HHA would work collaborative and under the directions of a RN, PT, or OT. Certified Home Health Aide responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

• Demonstrate ability read, write, and follow directions.
• Demonstrate ability to work positively and favorably with patients, families, and staff.
• Demonstrate compassion, responsibility, and cheerful attitude.
• Follow the instructions of the professional nurse/therapist in providing care.
• Provide patients with hygiene assistance such as bathing, oral care, and dressing.
• Perform and record accurate measurements (i.e. vital signs, or intake/output as instructed in the care plans).
• Observe and report any safety hazards found in the client's home or any significant observations regarding the client.
• Report patient complaints to the

RN/PT/OT.

• Maintain patient confidentiality/adheres to HIPAA requirements and agency policy and procedures manual.
• Possess the ability to follow written and oral instructions.
