Full-Time About the Position We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and motivated Medicare Assistant to join our growing team in El Segundo, California. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, communicating with clients and healthcare providers, learning new things, and taking initiative. We are looking for someone who wants more than just a job — someone who wants to grow with our company and eventually take on greater responsibilities managing our remote team. Responsibilities Call clients to understand their needs, answer questions, and provide excellent customer service. Follow up with clients and make sure their needs are being addressed. Contact doctors' offices and healthcare providers to confirm whether providers are in-network with specific Medicare plans. Maintain accurate and organized client records and follow-up information. Track tasks, deadlines, and client requests to ensure nothing falls through the cracks. Communicate professionally with clients, doctors' offices, and team members. Assist with coordinating and monitoring remote team members and their daily activities. Learn our internal processes, Medicare-related procedures, and company systems. Take initiative, identify opportunities for improvement, and help the team reach its goals.
