Compass is currently hiring DSP/Caregivers and ILS Life Coaches in the Redwood Coast area. We are especially looking for DSP/Caregiver candidates with OPEN availability , including nights, weekends, and extended/24-hour+ shifts , depending on client needs. Some of our newest clients may be located in and around the Fortuna area , and client needs can vary significantly. Some opportunities may involve supporting individuals with higher medical needs , so we're looking for dependable, compassionate people who are comfortable learning and providing individualized support.

WHAT YOU MAY DO

Every client is different, so your day may include: Supporting shopping, meal planning and cooking Cleaning and household routines Medication administration assistance Transportation and appointments Attending community activities, school or work Supporting personal hygiene and other daily living needs Helping clients pursue greater independence, personal goals and dreams

REQUIREMENTS

High school diploma or GED Driver's license held for at least 3 years Working vehicle, valid driver's license and valid auto insurance Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test - we pay! Eligibility to work in the U.S. CPR and First Aid certification completed before hire - we'll pay! The pay ranges reflect wages for premium hours worked (8 AM-12 AM). Standard hours (12 AM-8 AM) are paid at minimum wage.

GRPE Pay:

$19.00 - $20.50 per hour
