Full Job Description Compensation:

$27-38 per hour As a Home Health Aide at Independence Home Health, you will play a critical role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients in Gardena, CA. What You'll Do:

Provide personal care services to clients, ensuring their comfort and dignity while achieving a 95% satisfaction rate in client feedback. Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation, contributing to a 20% improvement in client self-reported well-being. Monitor clients’ health status by tracking vital signs and reporting changes to the healthcare team, aiming for timely interventions and a reduction in emergency calls by 15%. Facilitate medication reminders and ensure adherence to prescribed regimens, achieving a 100% accuracy rate in medication administration. Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients, reducing the incidence of falls and other hazards by 30%. Document care services provided in compliance with company policies, ensuring a 100% compliance rate during audits. Collaborate with family members and healthcare professionals to create individualized care plans that meet specific client needs.

Required Qualifications:

Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) or equivalent training Minimum of 6 months of experience in a home health care or similar setting Current CPR and First Aid certification Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to lift and assist clients with mobility, adhering to safety protocols Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license Nice to
