Direct Support Professional (DSP) Adult Residential Facility | Los Angeles, CA We are looking for a caring, dependable, and responsible Direct Support Professional (DSP) to join our team at an Adult Residential Facility supporting 4 adult male residents . $18.42

00 per hour , depending on experience and qualifications. Available Weekend Shifts. Two staff needed for each shift. We are currently hiring for
Saturday and Sunday :
6:00 AM
  • 2:00 PM 2:00 PM
  • 10:00 PM 2:00 PM
  • 6:00 PM About the Position You will be providing care and support to 4 adult male residents in a comfortable residential setting.
We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping others and can provide compassionate, respectful, and dependable care. Ideal Candidate Caring, patient, and compassionate Reliable and punctual Respectful and professional Comfortable working with adult males in a residential setting Able to work independently and as part of a team Willing to assist with daily living activities and household responsibilities Responsibilities Provide direct care and support to 4 adult male residents Assist with activities of daily living and personal routines Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping Help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment Support residents with their daily activities and needs Complete the required documentation Follow facility policies and procedures Weekend availability is required for these openings.
