Santa Barbara Part-Time & Full-Time:
$20.25 / hour Mileage reimbursement $10/month cell phone stipend Flexible shifts ranging from morning, evening, and overnight shifts Benefits Health care benefits and PTO available if you transition to full time employment Discounts on Pet Insurance Cal-Savers retirement plan Your Responsibilities Support participants with daily living skills such as cleaning, cooking, and budgeting Encourage and model independence, hobbies, and social activities Assist participants access and participate in community activities Assist with personal care such as medication support, hygiene and bathing (lifting / transferring may be required) Collaborate Person-Centered Care planning with participant Record progress of care plan Who We're Looking For Someone who is compassionate with a person-centered mindset Someone who is capable of communication with dignity and respect, especially during challenging moments A valid driver's license and reliable transportation Responsible, and can assist in goal progress tracking CPR / First Aid certification (Training will be provided if you're not certified or need to be recertified) Weekend Availability (Is a plus but not required) Are You Passionate About Community Integration and Making a Meaningful Daily Impact?
