CABA Living is seeking dedicated Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide specialized care in our Enhanced Behavioral Support Homes (EBSH). Inglewood, Gardena, and Hawthorne, CA (Candidates must be available to work across all locations as assigned based on client needs.)Shifts Available:
7:00 AM- 3:00 PM 3:00 PM
- 11:00 PM 11:00 PM
- 7:00 AM (Must be available to work at least one weekend day per week.
Requirements:
Education:
High School Diploma or GED If coursework was completed outside the U.S., a Foreign Transcript Evaluation (FTE) is requiredExperience:
Minimum 6 months supporting individuals with developmental disabilities and substantial mental health diagnoses, including severe challenging behaviors, in a community settingPhysical Requirements:
Ability to assist individuals with mobility support , including transferring and bending as needed Certifications & Clearances (Required Upon Hiring): Valid CPR/First Aid Certification TB Test (within the last year) DOJ/FBI Clearance through Community Care Licensing (CCL)Responsibilities:
Implement clinical programming under supervision, including behavior management and skill development Provide person-centered support and care Collect data and maintain individual records in alignment with individualized goals Report any concerns or caregiver communication to the Supervisor Ensure safety and maintain confidentiality at all times Assist with self-care tasks , including bathing, grooming, and hygiene Support daily household maintenance and cleanliness Adhere to ethical practices, industry standards, and CABA Living's core values Obtain and maintain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credentials (CABA Living provides sponsorship) Attend all required training sessionsWhat We Offer:
