MUST HAVE HOME HEALTH CERTIFICATION FROM CDPH
•We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Home Health Aide to provide essential support to individuals in their homes. As a Home Health Aide, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by assisting them with daily living activities and ensuring their comfort and safety. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about caregiving and have experience in home health or assisted living environments. Duties Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing. Monitor and record vital signs to ensure clients' health and well-being. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, particularly those with dementia or disabilities. Help clients with mobility, including lifting or transferring them safely as needed. Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients by performing light housekeeping duties. Assist with meal preparation and feeding when necessary. Document client care activities and maintain accurate medical records as required. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to implement care plans effectively. Requirements Previous experience in home health/hospice, assisted living, or a similar caregiving role is required. Knowledge of dementia care practices is a plus. Ability to lift and assist clients safely while adhering to proper lifting techniques. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with people of all ages and abilities. Familiarity with healthcare systems and documentation processes is beneficial. Must be reliable, compassionate, and committed to providing high-quality care.
