Essential Duties & Responsibilities Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including, dressing, toileting, and mobility support. Prepare and serve nutritious meals/snacks, assisting with feeding when needed. Assist clients in completing their assigned chores such as organizing their toys and tidying their rooms and/or living spaces. Provide companionship and emotional support, engaging clients in social activities and recreational outings. Follow personalized care plans, adapting to clients' changing needs. Maintain a safe environment, identifying and mitigating potential hazards. Communicate effectively with clients and their parents or guardians.
Qualifications & Requirements Required:
Must be 18 years or older Valid driver's license & reliable transportation (for on-the-road positions) Ability to pass a background check & TB test Ability to lift 25+ lbs & assist clients with mobility Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate nature
Preferred:
