30+ hours per week/ potential for more Reports to:Admin Supervisor Key Responsibilities:
Personal Care Assistance:
Health Monitoring ADL's Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as cleaning, laundry, and organizing the client's living space. Assist with grocery shopping, meal planning, and other errands.Companionship and Emotional Support Documentation and Compliance:
Comply with all company policies, procedures, and applicable state regulations, including maintaining confidentiality and client privacy.Qualifications:
Education:
High school diploma or GED preferred.Experience:
Previous experience in caregiving or home care is preferred but not required.Licensing:
Must be registered as a HomeCare Aide with the California Department of Social Services (CDSS) and fill out an acknowledgment of requirements to report suspected abuse.Training:
Completion of required training, including CPR and First Aid certification.Background Check:
Must pass a criminal background check, including fingerprinting.Health Requirements:
Must complete a tuberculosis (TB) test and provide proof of clearance.Skills and Competencies:

Working Conditions:
