Join the Keen Team! Keen Home Care & Homes Assisted Living Facility in Los Alamitos has an opportunity for you as a Board & Care Team Leader ! We are a 6-bed assisted living home for the elderly. Board & Care Team Leaders play a vital role in the daily care for seniors in a home-like setting. We welcome you to join our team and build a career taking part in our senior residents' journeys at this stage of their lives. Keen Home Care is a full-service Home Care Agency (HCO) that is licensed with the Department of Social Services (DSS). We provide assistance with the DSS registration process and the Department of Justice background check for unregistered caregivers who have sufficient experience.

Compensation:

$24 - $29 per hour

DOE Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead the night shift team Ensure residents' safety and well-being Assist with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting) Oversee medication administration Conduct nightly checks and respond to emergencies Maintain a clean and safe environment Communicate with residents, families, and staff

Qualifications:

Must be 18 years old High school diploma or equivalent Experience with ADL care, transfers and mobility, ROM exercises, and memory care 2+ years of professional caregiving experience (home care, facility, or similar) Registered as a Home Care Aide with the Home Care Services Bureau of California Hospice experience preferred but not required Ability to pass a background check Current TB test, physical, and valid CPR card About Company Keen Home Care & Homes provides compassionate private duty home care and operates four licensed residential care homes in Southern California. Compensation details:
