Job Description

We are one of the leading international shipping companies located in Los Alamitos, CA. In order to maintain momentum and growth, our company is expanding its team. We are looking for hardworking candidates who are dynamic, highly motivated, and are willing to learn with hands on experience. Training will be provided once hired. Responsibilities Prepare ocean and trucking quotations for customers and agents. Coordinate international freight with carriers and partners. Track shipments and provide timely updates to customers. Handle invoicing in accordance with shipping terms and agreed rates. Coordinate with Broker for Customs Clearance. Check cargo availability and arrange freight release or door deliveries. Deliver professional customer service via phone and email. Compensation Base salary plus annual bonus ( Flexible and commensurate with performance) Health insurance (medical, dental, vision) 401k Job Requirement Effective verbal and written communication skills Strong computer skills, multi-tasking and enjoy term work atmosphere Enthusiastic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn Must be comfortable communicating with clients, oversea agents, and internal team members Four year college degree preferred Authorized to work in the
