Job Description
New Peak Direct Care is a new agency backed by nearly 20 years of experience in this field. We're a close-knit team that invests in the people who work here, because when we grow as individuals, we show up better for the people we support, helping them discover new possibilities. What You'll Do You'll work one-on-one with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, in their homes and out in the community. That means going where their life takes them. A walk around the park on Saturday. A doctor's appointment on Tuesday. A therapy appointment on Thursday. Errands with family on Friday. Support with daily living like bathing, dressing, meals, hygiene is part of the job for many clients. Some clients also have challenging behaviors, and you'll be trained on how to respond calmly and safely. You follow the individual, learn their world, and become someone they and their family can count on. Every client is different. We'll make sure you're prepared before your first shift. Pay & Schedule $21-23/hr based on experience
