Job Description
We are seeking a
Home Health Aide:
Needed ASAP to become part our team! -Shift:
M-F:
10AM-6PM & Varies - $19 to 22 HR (Depending on experience)REQUIRED CARE
One Patient Care only, 8 hours Monday to Friday. Flexiable schedule, full time. We have 3 sets of patients, some of them weigh 110 to 145 lbs. Some of these patients are 23 years old , 36 years old and 43 years old. One Patient Care Only per HHA. cleanining patient environment, litte cooking, warming food, feeding patient 2x per day. assist with medication, you will work under the supervison of an RN Case Manager, repostioning the pateint every 2 hours. 2X diaper change, 3x bed bath per week-family helps with that. helpful family. ( Care consist of monitoring patient status, maintaining activities of daily living and administering medication. (SPANISHPREFERRED
) Credentials/ Requirements- Valid Professional Certificate
- Driver's License/ Identification Card
- Valid CPR Card
- Copy of Annual Physical Exam (valid up to 1 year)
- PPD Results (Valid up to 1 year) or Chest X-Ray (Valid up to 2 years)
