Direct Support Professional / Caregiver We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and patient caregiver to provide one-on-one support for an adult female with developmental disabilities. This position focuses on promoting safety, community involvement, and quality of life in a respectful and supportive environment. - Complete required daily documentation accurately and promptly.
- Record significant events, behaviors, activities, and health-related observations.
- Communicate effectively with family members and care team. Preparation for Following Day
- Check calendar in the binder when planning and organizing the next day's schedule and activities.
- Prepare clothing, meals, supplies, and materials needed for upcoming appointments or activities.
Examples:
weather and activity appropriate clothing, extra snacks and water, toys, sunscreen, bug spray, etc.
