You will facilitate his voice in his social environments, community, and his day program, ensuring he is a fully engaged participant in his daily life. Key Responsibilities

• Letter Board Support:

  Provide the physical/emotional regulation needed for client to spell and communicate accurately.

• Community Facilitation:

  Accompany client to his day program and social outings, prioritizing his autonomy and "presumed competence."

• Emotional Regulation:

  Help client understand and navigate his emotions.

• Creative Engagement:

  Use client's interest in music, culture, and art to drive meaningful interaction.
• Proven experience working with the adult population.
• Ability to provide 1:1 support in a group day program setting.
• Reliable transportation to/within Mill Valley.

Requirements Essential:
