Reliable personal transportation is required Responsibilities Assist patients with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, mobility, and other personal care needs. Support patients with activities of daily living. Provide care under the supervision of a registered nurse or therapist. Required Qualifications Active California Certified Home Health Aide certification. Current Basic Life Support certification. Active registration on the California Home Care Aide Registry. Reliable transportation for field-based assignments. Ability to travel to patient homes throughout the assigned service area. Strong communication, dependability, and patient-care skills.
