LEARNING SPANISH

, Shopping, Meal prep/cooking & computer literacy. The ideal candidate is adaptable, observant, and comfortable supporting an individual with their induvial needs of support. Primary Goals of Support Spanish speaking Support safe and confident community navigation Assist with shopping Meal Prep/cooking and computer literacy Key Responsibilities Personal support & Daily Living Skills Community Navigation Assistance Provide guidance and support with consistent routines Encourage independence while helping as needed Help establish consistent daily routines Related Challenges An individual's disability may present unique challenges that staff must be prepared to address, including: Navigation & Safety Additional guidance may be required to safely navigate environments Staff may need to provide orientation support, or assistance. Communication & Accessibility Tasks involving, promote independence, self-determination, and community inclusion. This position assists individuals in developing and maintaining essential daily living skills while respecting each person's choices, abilities, and goals.
