Minimum Qualifications Minimum 2 years professional caregiving experience Experience with transfers and mobility equipment Registered Home Care Aide (HCA) with CDSS Completion of Live Scan background check TB clearance compliant with CDSS guidelines Valid California driver's license, insured vehicle, and reliable transportation Ability to lift 45+ pounds High school diploma or GED Preferred (not required):

CNA, CHHA, EMT

certification (current or expired) Your Role as Direct Support Professional - Caregiver As a Direct Support Professional - Caregiver, you will help older adults live safely and comfortably in their homes by providing non-medical care and companionship.

Responsibilities may include:

Personal care assistance (bathing, dressing, hygiene) Mobility support and transfers Medication reminders Meal preparation and grocery shopping Light housekeeping Companionship and engagement Dementia support Accurate shift documentation and communication with the office team Your kindness, professionalism, and reliability help ensure clients receive the highest quality of care.
