Our caregivers play a vital role in promoting independence, dignity, safety, and overall well-being. Responsibilities Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed Provide medication reminders according to care plans Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation to ensure safety Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities Monitor and report changes in clients' condition to supervisors or family members Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe home environment Follow individualized care plans and collaborate with families and healthcare professionals Qualifications Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred Knowledge of senior care and client safety practices Experience in hospital, clinic, sub-acute, or post-acute settings is a plus Strong communication skills with a compassionate, patient-centered approach Ability to work independently and follow care plans Willingness to travel within our service areas: La Habra, Fullerton, Brea, Anaheim, Villa Park, Santa Ana, Yorba Linda, Placentia, and surrounding Orange County areas Why Join Us?
