Duties and Responsibilities:

Implement daily care and activities for residents based on service plans within legal and professional boundaries. Respond promptly to resident needs and community alarms, promoting resident independence and rapport. Maintain accurate care records, conduct safety checks, and communicate resident status effectively between shifts. Report changes in resident condition promptly, follow safety protocols, and ensure a clean and safe environment. Address residents' behavioral and psychosocial needs while respecting their rights and promoting independence.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Personal care assistant. Minimum of 1 year of experience preferred Must have or be able to obtain a valid CPR certification Speak, read, and understand the English language Committed to health & safety. Well-organized and reliable. Excellent communication and people skills. A positive and compassionate attitude. Physical stamina. CPR certified. High school diploma or equivalent.

Work Schedule:

AM Shift (6:00 am- 2:30 pm) PM Shift (2:30 pm- 11:00 pm)
