$20.00-$22.00 per hour, depending on experience We move fast: phone interview within 24 hours, and most new hires are working with their client within a week. About Limitless Horizons Limitless Horizons is a Carlsbad-based agency supporting adults with developmental disabilities across San Diego County. Our DSPs work one-on-one with the people we serve, helping them build skills and live the life they choose. Schedule Monday and Friday, 9:30am-1:30pm Plus about 7 flexible hours a week, scheduled around your availability What you'll do You'll support two adults with developmental disabilities in Rancho Santa Fe, one-on-one, at home and in the community. You'll teach independent living skills like cooking, household routines, and getting around the community, and help each person work toward their own goals. It's an easy commute from Encinitas, Solana Beach, San Marcos, and Escondido, and a good fit alongside school or another part-time job. Requirements Valid California driver's license, current auto insurance, and a reliable vehicle Ability to pass a background check and drug screen (we pay for both) TB clearance dated within the last 12 months Current CPR/First Aid certification, or willingness to complete it before your first shift Reliable, patient, and comfortable working independently Experience supporting people with developmental disabilities is a plus but not required What we offer $20.00-$22.00 per hour, depending on experience Mileage reimbursement Paid training Paid time off A consistent schedule with the same clients each week Additional hours available as our caseload grows Room to advance Application questions Are you available Mondays and Fridays, 9:30am-1:30pm?
