Encourage independence, self-advocacy, and informed decision-making. Assist with daily living activities, including mobility, meals, hygiene, and personal care. Implement Individual Service Plans (ISPs) and Person-Centered Plans (PCPs). Document participant progress and daily activities accurately and timely. Provide community-based instruction and job-site support as needed. Follow behavior support plans and maintain a safe environment. Build positive relationships with participants, families, employers, and community partners. Attend required meetings, trainings, and maintain certifications. What We're Looking For Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred DOJ Fingerprint Clearance CPR & First Aid Certification (training provided) Ideal Candidate We're looking for someone who: Enjoys supporting individuals with developmental disabilities. Communicates effectively and builds positive relationships. Is organized and able to manage multiple responsibilities. Is comfortable using technology and learning new systems. Exercises sound judgment while working independently and as part of a team. Physical Requirements This position requires the ability to: Lift and assist up to 50 pounds. Stand, walk, bend, and assist participants throughout the day. Work in office, program, and community settings.
