• King City, CA InHome Healthcare Services is currently seeking Certified Home Health Aides (HHA) to provide compassionate, one-on-one care to patients in their homes throughout South Monterey County, including the Salinas to King City corridor.

Candidates must hold a current California Home Health Aide (HHA) Certification to be considered for this position. Job Summary The Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) provides personal care and support services to patients in their homes under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or clinical case manager. Care is delivered in accordance with each patient's individualized Plan of Care to ensure comfort, safety, and quality of life. Service Area We are currently hiring HHAs who can cover the following areas: Salinas Gonzales Soledad Greenfield King City Surrounding communities in South Monterey County Schedule Per Diem / PRN Flexible scheduling—ideal for supplemental income or additional hours. Responsibilities Provide personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene Assist patients with mobility and ambulation Support patients with light meal preparation and household tasks Observe and report changes in patient condition to the clinical team Follow the patient's Plan of Care Document services provided in accordance with agency policy Requirements Active California Home Health Aide (HHA) Certification (Required) Current CPR certification (American Heart Association preferred) Valid California Driver's License Reliable vehicle with current auto insurance Minimum 1 year of caregiving or home health experience preferred Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English What We Offer Paid mileage between patient homes Laptop provided for documentation Flexible scheduling Supportive clinical team environment Work Location Patients' homes throughout Salinas, Gonzales, Soledad, Greenfield, King City, and surrounding areas.
