Full-time / Part-time / Per Diem (customize as needed) We are currently seeking compassionate and reliable Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs) to join our team in serving clients in San Bernardino, CA and surrounding areas. As a CHHA, you will provide essential personal care services and support clients in their homes, helping them maintain independence and dignity.

Responsibilities:

Assist clients with personal care activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and ambulation Provide assistance with mobility and transfers, including use of walkers or wheelchairs Monitor and report changes in the client's physical or emotional condition Support with medication reminders as directed by nursing staff Offer companionship and emotional support to clients Follow care plans and document care provided

Qualifications:

Valid California CHHA certification Current CPR certification TB clearance and physical exam (within the last year) Reliable transportation and valid driver's license (if required for travel) Ability to communicate clearly and effectively Experience in home care, assisted living, or similar setting preferred Benefits (if applicable): Competitive pay Flexible scheduling Supportive work environment Opportunities for training and advancement
